Pil Sun Olivia Ham

Pil Sun earned her Master of Architecture from SCI-Arc and refined her expertise through work on significant cultural and arts-related projects at MAD Architects, Michael Maltzan Architecture, and Foster + Partners.

In 2021, she launched Free Agent to pursue a more intimate architectural vision—merging formal clarity with emotional depth. Her approach draws from a dual background in architecture and real estate investment, allowing her to guide projects with equal fluency in spatial design, site strategy, financing, and development logistics.

Her work spans residential, hospitality, and small-scale commercial projects, always rooted in atmosphere, precision, and a deep responsiveness to context.
